A top-to-bottom thorough clean designed to tackle hard-to-reach areas, behind appliances, baseboards, and light fixtures—ideal every few months or before special occasions.

  • Wipe down inside cabinets and drawers (exterior if interiors excluded) in kitchen and bathroom

  • Clean behind and under large appliances

  • Wash baseboards, door frames, and trim

  • Clean ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents

  • Spot clean walls and switch plates

  • Deep scrub bathrooms: grout, fixtures, shower doors

We’ll tackle your out-of-the-way spaces—clean-outs, organizing, sweeping, and de-cluttering to make your space usable again. Includes sorting, wiping surfaces, and small item removal.

Booking Policy

To help keep our schedule running smoothly and to guarantee your preferred service date, Hewi’s Property Services has implemented a new booking system due to our high booking volume.

Effective immediately, all appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit officially reserves your date and allows our team to prepare the correct staffing and time allocation for your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

We appreciate your understanding as our company continues to grow — implementing this system ensures fairness, reduces last-minute cancellations, and guarantees every client receives reliable, premium service.
