  • Hosts may provide bulk supplies which we restock during turnovers to keep guest essentials fully prepared.

Pricing

• Turnover cleaning begins at $100 per service

• Property Stewardship & Coordination Fee — minimum $25 per service visit

Add-On Services

Every property and guest stay is a little different. These optional services allow hosts to request additional care when needed, helping ensure your rental remains guest-ready, well maintained, and prepared for every arrival.

Add-on services can be requested during a scheduled turnover and are billed only when required.

  • If supplies need to be purchased on behalf of the host, we can shop and restock the property.

    Examples include:

    • Coffee and tea

    • Paper products

    • Soap and toiletries

    • Dish pods or cleaning supplies

    A $25 minimum shopping fee applies, plus the cost of purchased items.

  • Light cleaning and reset of barbecue areas between guest stays.

    Includes:

    • Exterior wipe-down

    • Removing food debris

    • Ensuring grill area is tidy for next guests

    For heavy buildup or deep cleaning, additional pricing may apply.

  • If outdoor propane tanks require refilling, we can coordinate pickup and refill.

    Starting at $250 per service day (up to 6 hours).

    Larger properties may require additional service days.

  • At the end of a busy season, we help reset the property and prepare it for downtime or winter closure.

    • deep cleaning of all guest spaces

    • kitchen and appliance cleaning

    • linen care and storage

    • removal of leftover supplies or perishables

    • general property reset

    Starting at $250 per service day (up to 6 hours).

• Post-renovation cleaning typically ranges between $0.35 – $0.55 per square foot

Most projects average approximately:

• $0.40 per square foot
